Optiwow prides itself on its high levels of customer satisfaction. We will handle any concerns regarding your order in a timely and efficient manner.

Store policies

A non-prescription eyewear order can be cancelled within 24 hours of its placement provided the order has not shipped.

Prescription lens orders cannot be cancelled. If the frame you ordered is not immediately available, we will give you the option of canceling your order or making another selection.

Damaged items

If the item you receive is damaged, you must notify us within three (3) business days of receipt of the damaged items. No refunds will be made after that time.

Returns policy

All returns, exchanges and warranties require a Return Authorization (RA) number, which you can obtain by emailing us. The RA number is valid for 7 days. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted. The RA number must be written on the outside of the package and on the return shipping label.

All products returned must be in their original new condition and the product and the packaging must have no marks, scuffs or scratches, and must include the original packaging, case, cleaning cloths, instruction booklets and warranty cards along with a copy of the original invoice.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Returns must be sent prepaid by a traceable carrier such as UPS or FedEx to the following address:
